The Author

Keith E. Lyons

Keith Lyons began his relationship with coffee as a barista at Starbucks in the 90's. He left to pursue his license and degree in clinical therapy before returning to what he loves; coffee. He then began to dive deep into roasting, researching, and even teaching.

He writes and publishes out of San Diego, where Lyons Den Publishers is based. He will often appear at cafes, festivals, and trainings across California and other states.
